Pamela Ostensen, PE

Pam is a graduate of Clemson University and has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction management of roadways and bridges. She started her career at the FDOT and spent time as the District 7 Interstate Resident Engineer before moving into private industry. 

Pam is a specialist in the administration of major interstate corridor work programs, value engineering, constructability review, CPM schedule management and review, supplemental agreement and work order processing, final estimates, utility coordination, permit monitoring and compliance, partnering, claims evaluation and resolution, dispute review and arbitration, and quality control.
