Matt Lewis, PE

Matt is a graduate of the Florida State University and has been in Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I) and bridge design since 2000.  He has worked with FDOT and several local county clients in the Tampa Bay area and managed a variety of projects including concrete segmental projects, widenings, pipe repair, rail, and interchange reconstructions.

Matt’s experience includes plans review, claims analysis, contract administration, engineering task/manpower estimates, change order negotiations, utility coordination, preparation/processing of supplemental agreements.  Matt is an energetic leader who believes in the full team effort and leading by example.
