Kurt Ostensen, PE

Kurt is a graduate of the University of South Florida and has over 25 years of experience in engineering, design, inspection and management of roadway, bridge and vertical construction projects. His experience includes engineering analysis/design, project oversight and management on FDOT and private venture infrastructure improvement projects.

Kurt's expertise includes contract administration, plans preparation review and development, contract compliance, engineering task estimates, CPM schedule/claim analysis including time extension requests, DRB  Hearing Presentations, DRB Position paper development and review, change order negotiations, preparation/processing of supplemental agreements, work orders, final and progress estimates, field inspection and testing of construction materials, and has also served as project manager, instructor, and developer of FDOT / CTQP training classes.
